1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the website uprate.io and any services provided by Eleven Internet Ltd (“blimpp”, “we”, “us”), including the UpRate.io service. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. About us

3. The free teardown
The free Reddit teardown offered through our website is provided as-is, without warranty. The teardown is a snapshot of publicly available Reddit data at the time of analysis and does not constitute professional advice. We make reasonable efforts to deliver teardowns within 48 hours of a valid request but do not guarantee delivery timelines. We reserve the right to decline a teardown request if we determine that your category is not a fit for our service.
4. The UpRate.io service
The UpRate.io managed service is governed by a separate service agreement provided at the point of engagement. These website terms do not constitute a service agreement. Pricing, deliverables, engagement length, and termination terms are defined in the service agreement, not here.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
8. Governing law
